    Motor Performance

    The motor performance testing system enables fully automated testing from no load to maximum torque. It automatically collects measurement data, calculates results, and generates test reports, including torque-speed curves, torque-current curves, torque-power curves, and more.

    The performance indicators comply with standards such as GB/T 5171.1, GB/T 5171.21, GB/T 5171.22, GB/T 9651, GB/T 22671, EN 60034-1, IEC 60034-1, and others.

    Airflow and Air Pressure

    The airflow testing system is used for fan performance evalsuation, measuring parameters such as fan flow rate, total pressure, static pressure, dynamic pressure, rotational speed, input power, shaft power, actual airflow, standard airflow, total pressure efficiency, static pressure efficiency, and energy efficiency ratio.

    The performance indicators comply with standards including GB/T 1236, GB/T 19232, QC/T 708, QC/T 773, ISO 5801, and AMCA 210.

    Air Pressure Range: 0 to 5,000 Pa
    Speed Range: 0 to 10,000 rpm

    Environmental Adaptability

    The semi-anechoic chamber maintains reflective characteristics on the floor to simulate actual usage scenarioses, while the walls and ceiling are treated with special sound-absorbing materials and structures that minimize sound wave reflections. This setup is suitable for sound pressure and sound power testing of electronic and electrical products such as motors and fans.

    The performance complies with standards including GB/T 6882, GB/T 3767, GB/T 10069.1, GB/T 34877.1, ISO 3745, ISO 3744, ISO 1680, and ISO 13347-1.

    RoHS Testing

    The combined environmental test bench can simultaneously apply temperature, humidity, and vibration (shock) effects to the tested product, ensuring its adaptability to complex application environments during transportation and usage. It is suitable for reliability testing of complete electronic and electrical products as well as components.

    The performance complies with standards including GB/T 2423.35, GB/T 28046.3, QC/T 773, IEC 60068-2-53, and ISO 16750-3.

    Electromagnetic Compatibility

    The semi-anechoic chamber is used to test the electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS) characteristics of electronic and electrical equipment. It is one of the essential facilities for conducting EMC certification testing.

    The performance complies with standards including GB/T 9254.1, GB 4343.1, GB/T 18655, GB/T 17626.3, CISPR 32, EN 55032, CISPR 25, EN 55025, CISPR 14-1, EN 55014-1, IEC 61000-4-3, and others.
